Nowadays, financial competition is becoming increasingly fierce with the development of social environment. For commercial banks, how to adapt to social changes, and to the needs of financial market diversification competition. Improving staff comprehensive quality to sustain the development of commercial banks, staff training has come into the focus of human resource management of commercial banks, in order to provide strong intellectual support and personnel supply to commercial banks.Staff training is an important way for enterprises to obtain high-quality talents. The development of commercial banks cannot do without high quality staff, and the quality of staff cannot be improved without training. Through staff training, the goal of strategic development of employees and enterprises can be closely bound up and the enthusiasm and initiative of employees be aroused, and through which, the core competitiveness and cohesion of enterprises can be effectively boosted, so as to achieve sustainable development of enterprises.Analyzing the present situation and staff training of Shenxian rural credit cooperative union, and taking the union as the research object, this thesis use the case analyzing method, with which combined questionnaire, collective interviews, and individual interviews as well, to draw out the problems of staff training system in Shenxian rural credit cooperative union. Main steps are offered to solve the problems in the guidance of the theory of human resources training, and staff training system has been redesigned to promote the achievement of personal values and development of Shenxian rural credit cooperative union.
