To rejuvenate the nation,the countryside must be rejuvenated.As the main force in promoting the development of rural education,rural teachers are an important force in guiding the healthy growth of rural students and the development of the country and the country.Teacher training continuously supplements the knowledge and skills of teachers,which can further promote the professional development of teachers and the progress of national education.At present,the credit system is regarded as a management system of teacher training in my country,which has its own characteristics and development requirements.However,since the credit system in our country has not been applied to rural primary and secondary teacher training for a long time,there are still some deficiencies in its implementation,which affects the enthusiasm of teacher training,is not conducive to the smooth development of training,and restricts the progress of education.Therefore,how to improve the implementation of the credit system for teacher training in rural primary and secondary schools and its improvement strategies to better promote the improvement of training efficiency is an important issue.Based on the basic idea of "presenting problems-analyzing problems-solving problems",this paper conducts research on the basis of the literature method,interview method and survey research method to collect and organize data,combined with TOC theory and adult learning theory,from the implementation of the credit system for rural primary and secondary school teacher training The policy itself,implementation subject,target group,guarantee conditions and other dimensions to investigate the training of rural primary and secondary school teachers in X County,Guangxi,to explore the current situation and main problems of the implementation of the credit system for teacher training,and based on the analysis of the problem,put forward the implementation of credits improvement strategies.Combining the research data and the content of the interviews,this study believes that the implementation of the credit system in rural primary and secondary schools mainly includes imperfect policies related to the credit system,the implementation of the credit system in rural schools is relatively passive,there is still pressure for rural teachers to obtain training credits,and the implementation of the credit system Insufficient resource guarantee and other issues,and in-depth exploration of the fundamental reasons for the problems in the implementation of the credit system for rural primary and secondary school teacher training.In order to promote the smooth development of the credit system for teacher training in rural primary and secondary schools,this study combines the current situation and actual problems of implementing the credit system in rural primary and secondary school teacher training.Make recommendations proactively.First,pay attention to scientific management and set the score value of training programs;adhere to the teacher-oriented,improve the credit system evaluation and incentive system;reduce the burden on teachers and innovate the credit system implementation model;second,do a good job of publicity and create a good public opinion environment;Understand and deeply understand the connotation of the credit system;the third is to increase financial support and use funds correctly and reasonably;fully investigate the needs of rural teachers,and pay attention to teachers' participation in management;ensure the support of training courses and improve the effectiveness of training;Efficiently carry out training;strengthen credit supervision and management to ensure the effective implementation of the credit system.
