With the promotion and implementation of the strategy of strengthening the country with talents,all industries in our country pay more and more attention to the construction of enterprise talent training system.The research content of this paper revolves around the problem of talent training,and it is an all-round understanding of the talent training of the company.It will concretely discuss the role played by talents in the enterprise and the relationship between the transformation of the company and the cultivation of talents.In this paper,how to reconstruct the new talent training system in the process of strategic management transformation is taken as the research topic,and the Hainan Human Resources Service Branch of CNOOC Energy Development Co.,Ltd is taken as the case study object.In the course of the study,the knot will be formed.The related theory of talent training and the research perspective of enterprise management are carried out comprehensively.The key problem to be solved in this paper is how to train the talent team in the period of transformation and development.Based on the understanding of the development of the company,combined with the external and internal development environment,this paper analyzes and discusses the talent training practice of CNOOC Hainan Human Resources Branch,and on the basis of the analysis of the present situation,discusses the strategy of upgrading and upgrading the talent training of Haihai Company in the future.Through the research on the practice of talent training in the process of strategic management transformation in recent years,this paper analyzes the present situation of talent training in the company by means of questionnaire survey,field interview and case analysis,finds out the existing problems and advantages of the company in talent training,and constructs a talent training system suitable for the current development needs of the company according to the actual situation of the company.It is found that the current situation of talent training in the company is that the existing human resources structure can not meet the needs of the company transformation,the current talent training system does not meet the needs of the development of the company and some employees have anxiety and resistance to the learning transformation.Based on out In order to improve the basic ability of employees,this paper puts forward that we should have more clear objectives and training ideas when constructing the talent training system of the company,and strengthen the improvement of the basic ability of employees from creating a learning organizational atmosphere.From the technical support type talent,the production management type talent,the business development type talented person three levels to do the differentiation talented person training.At the same time,it also puts forward relevant supporting safeguard measures for the construction of talent training system.This paper hopes that in the process of practice,it can effectively promote the transformation and development of strategic management of the company,and improve the level of talent training and management of the company.
