Economic and social development need talents, education cultivates talents, thedevelopment of education depends on teachers, and teachers guide the teenagers to growhealthily. Junior school stage is the key to the healthy growth of teenagers, so the education andguidance from teachers is very important during this period. Besides, teenagers’ consciousness ofrespecting teachers will boost them to accept teachers’ education and guidance. However, underthe influence of economy, culture and other elements, people’s consciousness of respectingteacher is facing challenges, and junior school students’ consciousness of respecting teacher isreducing. As a result, conflicts between teachers and students appear frequently. Obviously, goodrelationship between teachers and students should be further built. Therefore, considering theneeds of the reality and the effect to the national rise and fall, it is urgent to advocate respectingteachers. Meanwhile, the training of junior school students’ consciousness of respecting teachersis not only one of the current goals to strengthen teenagers’ ideological and moral construction,but also the basic requirement to establish a democratic and equal relationship between teachersand students. Reflecting the root of lacking the consciousness of respecting teachers andexploring the strategies to reconstruct the virtue of respecting teachers become the importantissues we face.This paper aims to find out the problems in the training of junior school students’consciousness of respecting teachers, analyzes the causes and further puts forward somesystematic, comprehensive and operable strategies for the cultivation of students’ consciousnessof respecting teachers, so as to cultivate students’ good moral quality and promote them to growhealthily. To this end, the author arranges and analyzes the past and present of the cultivation ofjunior school students’ consciousness of respecting teachers by means of literature research,philosophical analysis, practical experience analysis and survey interview. The analysis showsthat foreign theories about respecting teachers only emphasize the importance of respectingteachers, but don’t put forward relevant measures. Moreover, these theories carry many featuresof feudalism. Besides, modern researches and strategies about respecting teachers are notsystematic and purposeful enough. This paper clarifies the basic requirement in the training ofthe junior school students’ consciousness of respecting teacher, analyzes the problems about thisissue and puts forward some operable strategies according to the fact. This paper includes threeparts:Part I: the significance of training junior school students’ consciousness of respectingteacher. First, this paper explains the connotation of respecting teacher consciousness cultivationand defines the respecting teacher consciousness as respecting teachers and their cognition, emotion, volition,motivation and character. To achieve this, this paper puts forward followingrequirements: to improve students’ consciousness of respecting teacher, to cultivate students’emotion, to exercise students’ volition of respecting teacher, to inspire students’ motivation ofrespecting teacher, to boost students to form the habit of respecting teachers and to train students’quality of respecting teacher. Furthermore, this paper emphasizes the importance of respectingteachers consciousness cultivation, which is significant to build harmonious teacher-studentrelationship, improve teachers’ consciousness to devote themselves to education, realize theeducational goals, make teenagers to grow healthily and inherit and develop the virtue ofrespecting teachers.Part II: the status analysis of the training of the junior school students’ consciousness ofrespecting teacher in China. Through the survey of the training of the junior school students’consciousness of respecting teacher in China, it is found many problems about this issue in themoral education system, content, form, teacher-student relationship and so on. This paperanalyzes the causes of these problems from the aspects of school, society, family, teachers andstudents.Part III: the implementation strategies of the training of the junior school students’consciousness of respecting teacher. On the basis of existing problems and cause analysis, thispaper puts forward strategies to train respecting teacher consciousness, including setting up thecommunication mechanism for teachers and students, improving the overall qualities of teachers,creating good campus atmosphere for respecting teachers, carrying forward the traditional virtueof respecting teachers, forming the social morality of respecting teachers and paying attention tothe educational activities about respecting teachers.Limited by personal theoretical level, practical ability and research conditions, this paper studiesthe training of the junior school students’ consciousness of respecting teacher superficially, hasmany deficiencies and needs to be completed with respect to further theories and practice inteaching.
