Continuing Education is an important component of lifelong education system inthe national education system, which plays s a very important role and significance tothe implementation of the lifelong education system, improvement of the nationalquality and promotion of economic and social development. Governments have begunto attach importance to continuing education since World War II. Every country hasintroduced policies to promote the development of continuing education. The Chinesegovernment has introduced various policies to promote continuing education and madea lot of achievements after the China’s reform and opening. However, there are manycurrent problems in continuing education, such as unreasonable professional setting,out-of-date teaching methods, arbitrary assessment methods and relatively low teachingquality, which affect the student satisfaction.The thesis begins from the related concepts of continuing education, service andstudent satisfaction. It sums up the related theories of service quality, customersatisfaction by reading a lot of literature. It describes the evaluation model ofsatisfaction and analyses the students’ customer attributes. Then it constructs studentsatisfaction model of ZSC Continuing Education. It analyzes and evaluates the indicatorvariables of the student satisfaction on continuing education. Finally, the thesisconstructs the evaluation index system of student satisfaction for ZSC ContinuingEducation. The thesis makes an empirical research on the student satisfaction for ZSCContinuing Education with the help of the continuing education model and the indexsystem. It gives a detail analysis and evaluation on the survey data, summarizes andanalyzes the student satisfaction and the perceived value of the expected gap betweenthe influence of individual characteristics on student satisfaction, student satisfactionand student behavior tendency.Finally, the thesis, in accordance with the survey results and students’ views on thestudent satisfaction, presents some strategies to enhance student satisfaction on ZSCollege continuing education and to help ZSC improve student satisfaction oncontinuing education by enhancing reliability, improving security, improving care, andimproving the effectiveness of learning resources and so on. Meanwhile, in order toimprove the student satisfaction, the thesis also suggests that ZSC pay more attention to student satisfaction surveys, have a regular evaluation, strengthen the professionalplanning and enhance the consciousness of service.The student satisfaction model and the evaluation index system constructed in thisthesis provide a reference to build a unified system of student satisfaction and have astrong theoretical significance. This thesis does a theoretical research and an empiricalanalysis of the service quality and student satisfaction, which has a strong practicalsignificance for increasing the competitiveness and developing a policy on the priorityimprovement and development.
