This paper discusses and summarizes the evolution of collaborative teaching home and abroad, the definition of team teaching, the main modes of team teaching and its advantages and disadvantages, etc. Based on the study and monographs about team teaching of the former scholars, combining with the author’s work experience in the middle school of South Korea, the questionnaire and interview survey of CPIK teachers in the middle school of South Korea, the paper proves into team teaching in Korean middle school class. Mainly discuss its implementation feasibility in South Korea, main team teaching patterns and its advantages and disadvantages. Through in-depth interview to CIPK teachers, the paper displays and discusses the typical cases of the team teaching modes in Chinese class in the middle school of South Korea. And analysis the contents of the interview, find the disadvantage and raise proposals to optimize the team teaching in South Korea. Provide the reference and guidance for the next Chinese teachers and Chinese overseas promotion. |
