The exchange between China and South Korea has a long history.Chinese has played an important role in the economic,cultural and educational exchange China and South korea.Due to historical reasons,the spread of Chinese in South Korea has suffered a lot.Since 1980 s,There was a stirring of interest in Chinese learning in South Korea.It is worthy noting that the CPIK project,which focuses on Chinese teaching in primary and secondary school,booms at this time.February 2016,the author was sent to South Korea through the CPIK project by Hanban for 11 months as a volunteer teacher.During the period,the author explored the role of native Chinese teachers in this project.This paper expounds the development course of Korean native teachers in South Korea and the operation of CPIK project in Chungcheongnam-Do,analyzing the ideas,training methods,good knowledge and cooperative teaching practice of local Chinese teachers of CPIK project in Chungcheongnam-Do.It is found that local Chinese teachers have deficiencies in individual continuing education,producing advantage.Especially in the collaborative teaching,the local Chinese teachers failed to practice their own role,which led to the maximum efficiency of collaborative teaching did not play well,local Chinese teachers in personal development has also been blockaded.In view of the development of local Chinese teachers in CPIK project,the author gives suggestions from the perspective of Korean education authorities,local Chinese teachers and CPIK volunteer teachers,to contributing the development of local Chinese teachers and follow-up research in CPIK project.
