In 2012,China began to send Chinese volunteer teachers to Korean primary and secondary schools,and started the CPIK(Chinese Program In Korea)Program.Since 2012,the number of Chinese volunteer teachers in Korea has been increasing year by year.There are more and more primary and secondary schools applying for CPIK Chinese volunteer teachers in Korea.Students are increasingly enthusiastic about learning Chinese,and their Chinese proficiency has been improved to some extent.However,problems in the CPIK project have also been exposed.Based on Daegu CPIK Project in secondary schools,author started a survey between CPIK Chinese volunteer teachers and Shindang middle school's students,the survey is about basic situation of CPIK project in Deagu,Chinese and Korean teachers' basic situation and situation of Chinese teaching,students' learning motivation,students' learning attitude.To analysis of survey data,there are still some problems in Deagu,such as unreasonable curriculum setting,lack of teaching materials,low enthusiasm of students in Chinese learning,Korean partner teachers' low Chinese level,and unstable cooperative teaching mode and so on.According to the problems existing in Chinese teaching in Deagu,this paper puts relevant suggestions from three aspects: teachers of the two countries,Hanban and relevant institutions of Korea.Volunteers should improve Korean level,prepare classroom activities and adjust psychology;Korean partner teachers should improve Chinese level and strictly require students;Hanban should inspects Korean schools before selecting volunteers,and pays attention to volunteers' teaching ability and adaptability when selecting volunteers,cooperative teaching training should be strengthened after the selection of volunteers,and at same time the management mode of volunteers should be improved.The relevant institutions in Korea should concentrate on volunteer teaching schools,improve the relevant treatment of volunteers,compile teaching materials,and improve and stabilize the cooperative teaching mode and so on.At the same time,the author writes a teaching plan between Chinese and Korean teachers in the cooperative teaching mode,hoping to contribute to the improvement of the cooperative teaching mode.
