Research On The Status Quo And Influencing Factors Of College Students Returning To Their Hometowns For Employment

In recent years,the number of college graduates increases with the expansion of enrollment and popularization of higher education,and the job-finding situations for them become more and more serious.On one hand,the jobs provided by our country can not meet with current number of graduates.On the other hand,the majority of graduates prefer to find jobs in big cities with flourishing economy.However,for the fierce competitions and pre-saturated talent market in these places,some college still face the dilemma to fail to find jobs Therefore,in order to promote employments and the rational development of intellect resources,a reasonable choice for graduates is to go back and find jobs in hometown.This paper takes Heze city as the research object and takes push-pull theory and social support theory as the theoretical basis.Through data collection,questionnaire and in-depth interview,this paper analyzes the present situation of college students in Heze city who return to their hometown for employment,and deeply interprets their psychological status and evaluation of work and life after they return to their hometown for employment.In addition,by comparing the demands for intellects between economically developed areas and developing areas,the theoretical and practical feasibility for college students to return for employments is demonstrated.With the study of the influence factors that prevent graduates to return home for employments,it can be concluded that the surrounding environment is the key factor.Other two dominated factors are the external working aspect and internal personal perspective.The impact from their families don't make much difference.Some constructive advice can be provided according to former analysis.On the perspective of colleges and universities,we should reinforce the employment education and further improve the employment ability of college students.On the perspective of the government,we should develop the economic and social level to attract more employees.On the perspective of society,we should combine the multiple social subjects to create a good employment environment for graduate to return home.On the perspective of family and individual,families should make some benificial suggestions,and the graduates themselves should make reasonable choices.
