China’s education and training institutions after30years of development has become an important part of education in the country and has tens of thousands kinds of education and training institutions, training young people each year more than100million people, creating3000-4000billion market value, and growing at over10%per year over the rate of growth. Although the number of the practitioners and trainees are large, China’s education and training institutions still is in the initial stage. At present the situation of small and medium education and training institutions are:the large number, complex structure, involving many categories, employees’low quality, and less competitive. The development of small and medium sized education and training institutions are mostly not long, scales are small, so most of the small and medium sized organizations has the problem of inadequate credibility. This seriously hampered the development of enterprises. In today’s increasingly global economy, building corporate credibility culture is the basis for healthy and orderly development, is an important factor in sustainable development. At present, China’s small and medium sized educational institutions gradually became aware of the importance of building an credibility culture; many institutions have begun to explore the establishment of corporate integrity with Chinese characteristics, culture, training of staff awareness of honesty, shape the enterprises’ credit values and establish credit management mechanism, aimed at improving enterprise competitiveness and sustainable development.In this paper, though the research on basic concept of credibility culture, on the basis of researches from various scholars, the author analyzes the development of education and training institutions and condition. Through survey research, the paper cites the problems in small and medium sized education and training institutions in the country; through statistical analysis and case study, as XUESHANG Education and Training Center, an example, plays the focus on the measures taken and the results achieved therefore; thus puts forward the primary education and training institutions in good faith on the cultural construction measures and initiatives: starting from the idea of establishing an ethical culture, improving the integrity of managers cultural awareness and establishing credibility cultural incentive system to strengthen the integrity of cultural construction supervision and inspection.Small and medium sized education and training institutions’credibility culture establishments are important factors of small and medium sized education and training institutions developments. We must first recognize the integrity of cultural construction on the importance of enterprise development, to attach importance to the integrity of corporate culture, so that attract the whole community’s attention, urge the building of small and medium sized education and training institutions’ credibility culture, promote practitioners consciously to establish integrity awareness, strengthen the integrity of the system construction in order to achieve a healthy and sustainable developments.Innovation and contribution to the paper is that: first, this paper raise awareness of integrity and the integrity of the training system of the building is the key to building an ethical culture; second, field research of small and medium sized education and training institutions in Hefei, and to analyze their problems, summed up the integrity of cultural construction of their own development importance; third, education and training institutions to small and medium Hefei representatives-UESHANG Education and Training Center for the typical case analysis, provides a useful inspiration for small and medium education and training institution’s sustainable developments. |
