| Adopting literal reference, questionnaire investigation and interview, mathematical statistics, comparative analysis and logical analysis and in the light of the literature which is based on the comprehensive understanding of the Basketball Reserves Training Modes in China, the US, Spain and Argentina, this paper is aimed to deeply elaborates the development of Chinese basketball reserves. Through the comparative analysis of the basketball reserve training modes in the US, Spain and Argentina and with the consideration of China’s actual situation, this paper is supposed to formulate the optimization strategy for the basketball reserve training mode in China which has certain practical and theoretical significance.The author suggests that:Firstly, the Chinese society is in a period of rapid transformation, while the Basketball Reserves Training is based mainly on the national training mode, as well as mixture training that supplemented by professional training mode, the school training mode and social training modes; Secondly, the Basketball Reserves Training Modes in the US, Spain and Argentina all fit their national conditions and have their own prominent feature as well as powerful public support. The training modes also have perfect legal systems, high efficient cooperation between the government and other social departments.Five optimization strategies are put forward:First, the training mode should be based on China’s actual situation, enhance the efforts on on school training and profession training. Second we should develop and improve the youth basketball competition system. Third, we should strengthen and improve the legal system for Basketball Talents Training. Fourth, we need to expand the public support, activate the enthusiasm of the public. Fifth, we should base on our culture to create a strong demand of study, cultivate the consciousness of national subjectivity and develop the modern basketball culture that is suitable for our own development. |
