As we all know, Ideological and Political Curriculum is the main channel of moral education in high schools, where has also been stressed that "we should do moral education first on the basis of all the other courses". Actually, In spite of the new curriculum reform, the vigor and vitality of Ideological and Political Education failed to be fully stimulated. To get rid of the passive state, we should bring new life to the subject both in theory and in practice, make it closer to people’s life and emotion and highlight the moral education of humane care. So, it is necessary to integrate music which is close to students’life and emotion into the Ideological and Political Class.This paper starts from the interpretation of the value of music to find the relationship between the music and the Ideological and Political Education. In detail, the relationship between the two subjects is that they have fundamentally consistent intrinsic purpose, help and blend each other, even dynamically become the other side. Based on the close relationship between the two, the article analyzes reasons of application of music resources in he Ideological and Political Course from the perspective of theoretical level, the real need and feasibility. After that, according to the analysis and reflection problems in practice, the paper explains the reasons for the target deviation, formalism, one-sided predicament in the specific operation.Based on the above investigation, the rest of this article focuses on the use of music as an important ideological and political curriculum resources. From the application point of view, music used in the ideological and political class can be excavated from multiple levels explicitly and implicitly. Judging from the necessary conditions, it needs multi-party coordination, such as the support of the society, school, parents and teachers. At the same time,we should pay attention to the control of the application of music resources, prevention and elimination of music resources’ negative impact on micro level. Especially, it is important to think highly of the establishment of students’ position, help them to exert their initiative and enthusiasm. Meanwhile, we should follow a series of necessary principles in this process. Only by doing these, can we achieve the goal of exploring rules, cultivating the mind, enlightening wisdom, booting goodness, bearing truth by way of the usage of music imperceptibly. Only by this way, can we show the charm of the Ideological and Political Curriculum, make it full of vigor and vitality, and truly become a beautiful song and A beautiful scenery.
