In 2004,the ministry of education promulgated "ordinary high school ideological and political course standard(experiment)","curriculum resources" as an important part of the vocabulary in it,and put for "curriculum resources development and utilization Suggestions" and "teaching" and "recommendations" and "textbook written proposal" together constitute a fourth part of the document,which to a certain extent,to the country for the reasonable development and effective utilization of curriculum resources of importance.At the same time,along with the all-round,the curriculum reform also highlighted the importance of course resources,the realization of the objective scope and implementation level depends on the richness of curriculum resources and suitability.It has become a consensus that only the development and utilization of curriculum resources can be achieved effectively.However,due to the negative influence of traditional concepts of curriculum,training of teachers development and utilization of curriculum resources is insufficient,because of the limitation of makes the current exploitation and utilization of practical problems,has even affected the effective implementation of the curriculum.Therefore,for the development and utilization of curriculum resources research not only helps to solve the current problems in the development and utilization of practice,but also conducive to achieve the goal of curriculum reform.This article is structured in three parts:The first part is an overview related issues,including the definition,the classification of the thought political lesson curriculum resources,the characteristics of the thought political lesson curriculum resources,the development and utilization of the significance of the thought political lesson curriculum resources,etc.The second part mainly analyzes the problems existing in the thought political lesson curriculum resources development and utilization,including understanding and understanding problems and practice problems and judging problems.At the same time,the causes of these problems are analyzed.The third part is manly discusses the thought political lesson curriculum resources development and utilization of the basic train of thought,including set up the correct thought political lesson curriculum outlook,the way to implement the thought political lesson curriculum resources development and utilization,strengthen the thought political lesson curriculum resources development and utilization of the system construction and so on three aspects of content.
