In recent years, the continuous development of China’s higher education reform, andgradually increase the size of the university’s enrollment, into the university students inhigher education are more and more influenced by genetic factors, personal character, growth environment, the physical, action comprehension ability, physical ability, and so hassignificant differences. Physical Education is a physical exercise as the basic means toachieve the improvement of physical fitness and motor skills of a master. Therefore, in theactual teaching, to follow the laws of physical education and student physical and mentaldevelopment of the law, vary, be treated differently. Aerobics classes are an important part ofcollege sports, current conventional teaching methods have been unable suitable physical, learning styles, personality traits and other aspects of different students, so this studyShijiazhuang Vocational Technology Institute2011aerobics elective for students applicationdynamically tiered teaching experiments used to investigate the dynamic hierarchical teachingcollege teaching aerobics feasibility of elective courses for the reform of PE teachingclassroom structure and form of teaching, improve the overall quality of students to provide areference.Research Methods: Shijiazhuang Vocational Technology Institute2011aerobics electivestudents120were randomly divided into two experimental classes and two control classes, atthe same time for two tests, the experimental class using dynamic hierarchical teachingmethods, control classes using traditional teaching methods. Teaching experimental period of4months, a total of16weeks, two classes per week. Before the experiment conducted on120students physical fitness, athletic performance, self-confidence and motivation levelsprogressive comprehensive assessment, were assessed again after the experiment, and the testresults were compared between the two groups, their comparative analysis to identifydynamic stratification in college Bodybuilding Gymnastics Teaching application results.Results:1measurements and analysis before and after the experiment, experimental groupand control group students’ physical quality are greatly enhanced, especially in a minute torope skipping, sit ups, standing long jump, sit and reach four content, the statistical test, the pvalue is less than0.05, which shows the significant difference, but after the experiment the experimental class and the control class compared, advantage is not obvious, by T test, Pvalue is greater than0.05, shows that aerobics project itself has to improve strength, flexibility and agility of the specific function, and teaching methods, no significantrelationship.2students in the experimental class through dynamic hierarchical teaching astudent, have a greater degree of increase of motor skill and athletic performance, especiallyin the wrong action, forgetting, coordination and a sense of rhythm awareness, attitude, through the T test, P values were less than0.05, the difference is very significant, dynamichierarchical teaching help to improve the students’ sports techniques and results. The3experimental classes for dynamic hierarchical teaching for16weeks, motivation, confidencedegree and the way of teaching evaluation was significantly higher than the control class, comparing before and after the experiment, students’ confidence and motivation levelsignificantly strengthened, and certainly for the change of teaching methods.Conclusion:1dynamic hierarchical teaching has a good effect for improving students’ Aerobicsperformance, improve the excellent rate of student achievement.2dynamic hierarchical teaching can reduce the false action, forgetting, coordination andsense of rhythm awareness and attitude points probability, improve athletic performance andtechnical level.3dynamic hierarchical teaching can improve aerobics elective students’ confidence andmotivation level colleges.4Dynamic Hierarchical Teaching and conventional teaching compared, dynamichierarchical teaching has no significant difference to improve physical fitness effect ofaerobics elective students in Colleges and universities.
