Based on SQL Server database, using B/S architecture and C/Sarchitecture combined, personnel management system in Heibei Institute of CommunicationCollege is the designed and implemented. In the personnel departments, C/S architecture usesDelphi7. And in the other departments B/S structure uses Asp.net. This system can realizethe management of university personnel staff of personnel information, and can meet the general staff of the personnel information query; the article finally has carried on the test andanalysis system of personnel management information in UniversitiesThe development of the personnel management system in Heibei Institute ofCommunication College promotes the personnel management more standardization, scientific,an further enhance the college work efficiency.
