China is a large agricultural country in which rural areas and farmers are closely relatedto the reform and opening up and modernization construction of China. Without agriculturalmodernization, there is no modernization of the entire national economy; without the stabilityof rural areas, there is no national stability; without peasant education, it is difficult tomaintain the sustainable development of agriculture and rural economy. With the furtherdeepening of Sending Education to the Countryside program of Hebei province, variousforms of rural vocational education model of this program appear, which have effectivelypromoted the development of new rural vocational education. Therefore, the thesis aims touse investigation, comparison and many other study methods to systematically analyze andsummarize the reform mode of rural vocational education in Hebei Province in recent years,which, it is hoped, will enrich the theories of rural vocational education, strengthen the ruralvocational education activity, and better serve the economic development in rural areas.This study first summarizes the association of vocational education in rural areas,discusses its principles and characteristics, and then analyzes the government’s attention,regional economic development level, school strength, social participation, which are allimportant factors affecting vocational education. The paper also analyzes typical cases of theassociation of rural vocational education. On the basis of the implementation of a series ofscience and technology training projects, such as Green Certificate Project, Rural LaborTransfer Training Sunshine Project, and Cross-century Youth Training Project, Hebeiprovince took the lead in implementing the "Sending Education to the Countryside Project”,and “Double Leader Training Project", in which many typical cases like Xing Tai AgriculturalSchool, Qian’an vocational education center, Fengrun Vocational Education Center emerge.The author of the paper hopes that the analysis of their educational practice and theexploration of their experience and the main achievements will provide reference for thedevelopment of rural vocational education. The paper finally puts forward suggestions onhow to develop the association of rural vocation education. The analysis of the typical casesshow that the current association of rural vocation education played a very important role inimproving farmers’ quality of science and technology, revitalizing the vocational educationresources, helping to increase agricultural production, and helping farmers increase theirincome. Many problems, however, still exist. Farmers’ participation awareness is not strong.The operation mechanisms and safeguard mechanism still need to be improved. Thecooperation between participants is not close. The government should give policy support,increase investment, and strengthen the legislation. Participants should be more flexible ineducation content and education forms, and they should seriously research and analyses thecharacteristics of education object, and teach accordingly, to improve their teaching quality.
