Sending teachers to serve rural education program,which was initiated to expand coverage by “national training program” in 2013,aims to train countryside teachers in remote areas.Since the implementation of the sending teachers to serve rural education program,it has promoted the quality of countryside teachers' professional quality in the remote and rural areas,especially improved the professional development of countryside preschool teachers,allocated of rural preschool education resources rationally,narrowed the differences of preschool teachers' quality between urban and rural,led to the development of rural preschool education,and provided opportunity of universities' social service function and the partnership of University and primary school.However,there are many difficulties and obstacles existing on the implementation of sending teachers to serve rural education program in the field of preschool education because of economic,culture,government,training institutions of universities and colleges,trainers and trainees.The dissertation adopts research methods mixing comprehensive analysis,taking H university “national training program” sending teachers to serve rural education program of preschool education in Henan province as an example.The thesis uses software SPSS to analyze the questionnaire and interview in order to explore the problems existing the implementation of serve rural education program of preschool education.It finds out: loopholes of the design levels of program planning,unscientific evaluation and implementation,the improper selection and the negative attitudes of trainees,and the analyzation factors of forms,contents,trainers,and the principals of kindergarten.Based on practical investigation and attribution analysis,the paper puts forward optimization: the improvements of training implementation procedures,strengthenment the effectiveness of training implementation,enhancement the construction of training system,formation the rational trainers teams,promotion the participation and support of countryside kindergarten,innovation and optimization the contents and ways of training,formation the scientific training evaluation system,which aims to improve the effectiveness of training implementation and promote the preschool teachers' professional development in rural areas of sending teachers to serve rural education program of preschool education.
