Vigorously develop modern vocational education has become an important measure to boost the economic transformation of China's economy. In 2015, the government work report pointed out that we should comprehensively promote the modern vocational education system construction, so that the modern vocational education take on the historical responsibility of changing the human resources to the power of the human resource.Whether to complete the mission of this historical mission, the key point lies in the overall quality of teachers.The decision of the State Council on accelerating the development of modern vocational education also made it clear that we should build a double-qualified teachers team.Therefore, the construction of double-qualified teachers in vocational school is very worth studying.Through the introduction of modern project management methods and systems to Chengdu Industry Polytechnic College, the first chapter,the background and significance of the proposed research, current research,the main research content and research methods;the second chapter of Higher Vocational Education Situation in Teacher Training "Double" analysis,contains two qualified teachers connotation, status quo analysis of vocational school teachers,the status quo in Chengdu "Double Teachers" Team in Chengdu Industrial Vocational and Technical College "Double Type " Situation Analysis of teachers;third chapter is based on the Higher Vocational Education Project Management " double " teachertraining program design,including the school's internal research and question the existence of dual-qualified culture; fourth part is based on Project Management Higher Vocational Education of "Double Teachers" training process management and analysis,including the feasibility of project management model introduced "double" preparatory teacher training, "double" teacher training to implement the medium-term, "double" Teacher Training post assessment and control;fifth chapter is based on Higher Vocational Education Project Management "Double Teachers" Training Guarantee System analysis, including organizational security,system security,financial security,security services; Part VI made Conclusion and outlook.Through the research of this paper, the construction of double qualifi ed teachers can achieve the goal of maximizing the benefit resource, so as to realize the innovative development of domestic project management re search, enrich and develop the project management theory in practice.Ho pe to be able to provide reference and reference for the "double qualified"teacher training of Career Technical College in order to promote the cons truction and development of "double" teachers "team.
