Reform On Training Project Of Undergraduate Talents At High Vocational Technological Normal Education In A Popular Situation

The quality of talents'training has become the crucial topic of public view as China high education steps into a popular phase. The purpose of the study is to establish the training project of undergraduate talents with modern educational thought, person-based idea and the characteristics of higher normal education of vocation and technology, as well as to discuss the effective management system and management measures.The methods used in the paper are the theoretic analysis, investigation and comparison. Furthermore, the methods above have been used in the practice in Hebei Normal University of Science and Technology.The reform achievements of curricula system and teaching contents at present, especially the result achieved by Hebei Normal University of Science and Technology of transition of educational idea, construction of curricula system and teaching means reform is introduced in our research. The project is established to represent the characteristics of higher normal education of vocation and technology and to emphasize quality education and innovation training boldly drawing on successful domestic and abroad experience.The paper reviews the main domestic and abroad educational ideas and successful examples of teaching reform practice. Meanwhile, the theoretic exploration was carried out on training goal, management system reform, talents'training mode reform, updating of curricula system and teaching contents, teaching measure reform and innovation of teaching management system.In order to solve the theoretic difficulty in the talents'training project reform, some unique theoretic ideas have been put forward about the rebuilding of educational target, guarantee of student-centered position, open of recessive curricula, innovation of popular high educational system, management system"easy enter difficult go"and implement strategy of innovation education.The training project of undergraduate speciality with the characteristics of modern educational thought, person-based idea and high normal education of vocation technology has been established. The project demarcates the training goal of undergraduate talents, constructs the curricula system with the characteristics of higher normal education of vocation technology and emphasizes the students'basic quality, personality, practical ability and innovation spirit, sets up the distinguished teaching management system including main-minor education, innovation education, practical teaching, test system, founds cultural quality educational scheme aiming to strengthen the students'cultural taste and cultural quality, builds the evaluating system with the characteristics of credit hour achievement , flexible credit hour and creative hour to increase the students'enthusiasm, erects the continuous four-year practical teaching system covering speciality skill training, teachers'skill training, scientific research skill training and training of type of work, has studied and fulfilled recessive curricula scheme. The integrated prcactical project of undergraduate speciality was carried out in Hebei Normal University of Science and Technology and good results have been achieved.
