Vocational secondary school education is an important part of the education system in Chinaand a base of cultivating the talents for production line. While their technical competence isimproved, their artistic accomplishment should also be improved through arts and humanitiescourses, to realize integrated development. Music education, as a kind of aesthetic education,plays a very important role in human development. Music can express emotions, edifysentiment, develop imaginal thinking, expand imaginational space, and cultivate innovationability. Today, with the rapid development of vocational education in China, music educationhas developed slowly, and quite a number of vocational secondary schools only attachimportance to school courses on professional skills, rather than the cultivation of the students’artistic accomplishment, and therefore causing less motivation of students in music learningand shortage of education in musical and cultural quality as well as spiritual civilization.This paper, taken the social learning theory, cognitive learning theory and modern educationtheory of a famous American psychologist Albert Bandura as the theoretical basis, andstudents in grade one, two and three majored in Accounting, Logistics, Marketing andComputer of Shijiazhuang Vocational Accounting School as the research object, obtained thefinal results by summing up the implementation measures and ideas of many years of teachingpractice mainly through questionnaire survey.This paper is divided into three chapters:The first chapter elaborates the extrinsic motive factors influencing the music learningpsychology;The second chapter is about the questionnaire survey on students of Shijiazhuang VocationalAccounting School, obtaining in-depth understanding about students and teachers, and morecomprehensive understanding about music learning psychological condition of the students;The third chapter includes detailed analysis about the main problems, and internalizedstrategies of extrinsic motive factors influencing the students’ music learning psychology.
