Learning motive in physics is the inner force which can directly promote students to learn physics. Considering the reality that for secondary vocational school students there is no inner force in physics learning, this paper investigates the present condition of the subject and object effects on student's learning motive. Then, in classroom-teaching, the major way of teaching, this paper sets forth three strategies on how to stimulate and develop learning motive. First, optimize the construction of learning content. Process and organize teaching content, inspire students original physical scene on the basis of the three assimilating modes of original-new knowledge, which was advocated by Ausubel. Second, set up question circumstance. In this part, the paper deifies the meaning of question circumstance and the difference from learning circumstance as well. In addition, it carries out four measures on how to set up question circumstance and its four modes in experiment teaching. Last, apply affection elements, especially referring to power of understanding, into the process of teaching in order to improve learning motive in physics.
