Research On The Adaptability Of Higher Education And Regional Economy In Liaoning Province

Higher education is a complicated social system, which has the much discipline, multiple level, and polymorphous constructional feature. Different levels and subjects have different regional distributions because of the requirements of society, the self-development of higher education and other factors. Therefore, how to adjust the regional distribution of higher education which based on the diversity and regional feature is essential to the formation distributive pattern and the full function of higher education.The strategic policy of rejuvenating Northeast China was put forward in the third session of the 16th CPC Central Committee. It is well known that the development of Liaoning is essential to the Northeast China. The government analyzes the essential features and demands of knowledge-based economy with the existing economic foundation and advantages. A new road to industrialization and the policy of development by science and education based on the coordinated development of economy and higher education has been decided. Therefore, it is of great importance to research on the adaptability of higher education and regional economy in Liaoning.This article starts from the in-deep theory of higher education and regional economy in Liaoning, and then it expounds the mutual relationship between them by the methods of literature and investigation survey. Finally, it emphasizes the adaptability of higher education and regional economy and brings forward some tactics and suggestions.Firstly, it expounds the theoretical principle of the relationship between higher education and regional economy, on basis of which the adaptability is thought to be the inevitable choice for sustainable development of higher education.Secondly, it analyzes the adaptability of higher education and regional economy. In this section, four breakthrough points have been chosen, such as the adaptability of scale and rapid of higher education and the regional economy; the adaptability of subject reconstruction of higher education and regional industrial structure; the adaptability of hierarchy of higher education and regional economy; the adaptability of laboring structure; the adaptability of layout structure of higher education and regional economy's layout structure.Finally, some suggestions and countermeasures are given.
