With the In-depth development of Reform and Opening and the rapid development ofsocial transformation, there are more and more pressure for college students. The study ofhow to deal with them has become an important part of the research of the theory of highereducation. College students are the future of our country and the hope of our nation,they arefacing more challenges now., on one side, it’s hard for some students to get through somedifficult situations, they are not able to take some active steps to work it out. On the otherside, facing the same situations, some students are able to deal with it well and find theirway out, and finally, find the happiness in their lives, resiliency and interpersonal Trustplay important roles in this whole process.The importance of resiliency is embodied in the guiding role of people’s behavior, sodifferent level of resiliency will result in different cognition, emotion and behavior. In thispaper, the relationship of resiliency,interpersonal trust and subjective well-being of collegestudents were investigated in order to improve the resiliency and interpersonal trusteducation from the perspective of psychology, and the survey can enrich the study of thetheory of college students’ resiliency system and provide certain theoretical proposal for thetheory of higher education.In this study,500college students were selected from four universities of Jinan asresearch subjects. They were measured by Resiliency Questionnaire、Interpersonal Trust scaleand General Well-Being Schedule. This paper studied the conditions and the relationships ofresiliency, interpersonal trust and subjective well-being of college students comprehensively,and explored the mediating effects of interpersonal trust between resiliency and subjectivewell-being.The conclusions are as follows:1. The resiliency of college students is significantly different on the gender, major,grade, and the only child;2. The resiliency of college students is positively related to the subjective Well-Beingof college students;3. The interpersonal trust of college students is significantly different on the gender; 4. The interpersonal trust of college students is positively related to the subjectiveWell-Being of college students;5. The resilience of college students is an important mediating effects between theinterpersonal trust and the subjective well-being.
