The Research On The Feasibility Of Professional Setting Narket-oriented In Vocational Colleges

The professional setting is the starting point of education and teaching in highervocational colleges and the basis of the work of personnel training.Higher vocationalinstitutions, a s a base of training senior technical skills, which professional setting willnot only affect school enrollment and employment, but also will affect the sustainabledevelopment of the whole school.This paper described the concepts and the basic characteristics of professional setting ofmarket-oriented, and then analyzed successful experience and failures of GuangdongLN Vocational and Technical College of walk in the professional set-up process basedon economics theory and case method. On this basis, this paper analyzed the volume,structure and proportional distribution in71vocational colleges in Guangdong province.and finally summed up the principle of market-oriented professional setting.Through the analysis of the new policy on the professional setting, this paper advisedthat education authorities should play the macro-control functions to regulate theprofessional setting of school, and hoped to established professional education steeringcommittee. Which would share maximum enterprise resources and information ofprofessional development, take the initiative in policy-making nd make a greatcontribution to the development of vocational education.
