Reflection into real infiltrate into education and teaching is Europe and theUnited States began in the1980s, teaching reflection from the European and Americaninfluence to our country, especially in the information era of education teaching moreneed to strengthen the teaching reflection, our country has started a new round ofcurriculum reform is comprehensive with particular emphasis on updating concept,strengthening the reflection of the teacher, teaching reflection can help our countryeducation career more time steps, promote teachers’ professional development,improve the quality of teaching object. An important role while teaching reflection, butnot every teacher for teaching reflection. A line in our country, a senior high schoolteaching reflection of huge role has not been very good. So this article on teachingreflection, on the basis of the related literature to sort, to deepen further comprehendthe teaching reflection, and through to the part of Chongqing city high schoolideological and political lesson teachers’ teaching reflection situation investigation, tounderstand a glimmer of teacher to form teaching reflection habit is not easy, but thecurrent situation, gradually formed a line of teachers teaching reflection in thecondition of gradually improving. Finally based on especially Chongqing high schoolthought political lesson from the actual situation of teachers’ teaching reflection,teaching reflection was carried out on the high school thought political lesson teacherput forward the countermeasures: with scientific attitude towards teaching reflection,with scientific theory to guide the teaching reflection, with the system guarantee of thescientific teaching reflection, promoting teaching reflection by scientific methods.Methods included writing about teaching reflection reflective journal; write reflectionsummary video reflection; portfolio reflections; network interactive reflection andreflective teaching research and so on. Through my surveys and research, hoping tomake teaching reflection habit for a senior politics teachers, enhance their teaching ofteacher’s quality and play an active role in the development.
