The Dormitory Management Of Higher Vocational School Students Under Academic Credit System Mode

Higher vocational schools’ dormitory is an important place which students study, live, entertain themselves, and also a role place for school education. The reform of academic credit system breaks the traditional mode of students management, the concept of executive class fades out, the core work of students transfers into students dormitory, while the function lag of which expresses obviously, thus the students dormitory management is put to an extrusive place due to the occurrence of various problems and contradictions. The first part is about the research status at home and abroad as well as my own writing methods and ideas in this paper. The second part mainly tells the meaning and character of academic credit system, the management and influence of higher vocational school, the new challenges of this work. The third part tells us we should set up a new pattern, which is called the school centralized management after analyzing and comparing to the present one. The forth part is the core one. It put forward a strategy of "school centralized management", this strategy needs us to build up a good dormitory environment let assistant go into dormitory、foster students cadres、strengthen cultural construction and promote mental healthy education, the new strategy tells us how to improve the work of student dormitory management、how to teach and service students、and how to let the students dormitory become a real education position under the academic credit system.
