Syllabus is based teaching program in the form of a written outline, teachingactivities to achieve the expected results or attainable standard of overall design blueprintand implementation plan is a guiding document for teaching activities. Therefore, thedegree of adaptability and the implementation of the syllabus of how seriously affect thequality of teaching. Volleyball Training Course is a physical education professionalcourses, the creation of quality volleyball specialized course is an important factor toachieve training objectives Physical Education. Rationality syllabus developed forachieving physical education professional training objectives, training in line with theSchool PE teacher posts plays a very important role.In this paper, literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, research methods, thestatus of Linyi University undergraduate in Volleyball in Physical Education syllabus wereanalyzed. The results showed that:1Linyi University of Physical Education Sports Volleyball Training syllabus in line withthe professional training program of education, social development and adapt to today’sbasic teaching reform, but the lack of clear teaching objectives of primary and secondaryschool teachers sporting objectives.2Linyi University teaching content Specializes inVolleyball in Physical Education syllabus requirements can not meet the needs of studentsand professionals combined degree is not high, the main problem is the breadth ofteaching content knowledge is not enough, deep enough expertise, out of touch with thepractical needs of the community is not enough professional skills and knowledge is notenough. Professional knowledge deficiencies, the student expertise is not high, too muchfocus on technical and tactical mastery, teaching content theory of light weighttechnology, ignoring the cultivation of students of all abilities, do not pay attention to thetraining of students of all abilities such as teaching and training capabilities volleyballreferee and organize competitions capability.
