Children’s martial arts training, is the main way of contemporary children’sparticipation in martial arts training. It has great effect in improving children’s healthdevelopment and in promoting of Chinese martial arts. Jinan as the capital city ofShandong Province, which has high human qualities and broad mass force, can morefully reflect the current status of the development of children’s martial arts training.On the status of investigation and research in children’s martial arts training, we canpropose some development strategy aim at the existing problems, thus contributing tothe development of children’s martial arts courses.In this article, we take the survey by the way of questionnaire survey, fieldsurvey, literature survey, logical analysis and mathematical statistics, Investigate andanalyze the environmental facilities, coaches, students, teaching content andteaching hours etc in children’s martial arts training in Jinan, propose appropriatestrategies to the factors that influence children’s martial arts training in Jinan City.Factors affecting children’s martial arts training development in Jinan:(1)Propaganda: the children’s advocacy work in Jinan martial arts training is notcomplete, and propaganda is not in place, there is no targeted publicity, publicityeffect can’t reach the goal. These are all not conducive Jinan Children’s martial artstrainees enrolled.(2)Teaching mode boring single. The traditional martial artsteaching model too simple, it’s not help to improve the students ’ enthusiasm toparticipate in martial arts, and even the original students who love martial arts willlose interest in learning.(3)The overall quality of coaches.In Jinan children’s martialarts training coaches are relatively young, so they lack of teaching skills and teachingexperience.(4)Training management system is imperfect. Many children’s martialarts training don’t develop a reasonable coaches system, participants system. Thesefactors making courses scattered, this is not conducive to management.(5) Theattitude of the parents of children involved in martial arts training.Through investigation we know that many parents have biased view to martial, they questionthe fitness of martial arts action. This will have a direct impact in students’participation in martial arts training.Aim at the factors which affect the development of children’s martial arts trainingin Jinan, we raise the following strategy:(1) improve the teaching facilities, provide agood safe environment for students to participate in martial arts training.(2) In thetraining,combined martial and culture. Focus on training the comprehensivedevelopment of students.(3)A combination drills to improve student self-confidence,develop students’ interest to participate in martial arts training (4) All martial artstraining should strengthen exchanges and cooperation and jointly promote commondevelopment.(5)Coaches should strengthen the use of modern educational technologyin teaching martial arts.(6)Training managers should strengthen the management ofcoaches to improve the overall quality of coaches.(7)Martial arts training should becombined with college talent training mechanism. respect for individuality,individualized.(8)Courses should establish a unique symbol of the human culture toform a unique promotional benefits.
