Research On Cultural Communication And Pathways Of Serving From College For New Rural Construction

Building new socialist countryside is an important means of national deepening reform, which is the only way for further promote the modernization of Chinese rural social and economic development, and it is also necessary to achieve urban-rural integration. In the process of building new rural, cultural transmission has become an important part and also an important way for new socialist rural development. Culture transmission has also become a crucial approach promoting socialist spiritual civilization and material civilization common develop, the rapid development of chinese cultural conmmunication has played a positive role for training socialist new farmers and promoting the healthy development of rural on culture, society and economy. Contrast to other agencies and organizations, collages play irreplaceable roles on rural cultural communication.In this research, Huazhong Agricultural University "111" plan as a case study,explore and summarize the school in the cultural dissemination and the path ofservice of new rural construction. Through empirical analysis, investigation of groups and individuals in Shayang County of Hubei Province, Gucheng County, Guangshui City, it summarizes three typical culture communication service in colleges in the new rural construction, Guangshui technology culture communication, Shayang industrial culture communication and Yanhe ecological culture communication.Research mainly analyzes from six parts, the first part is the cultural dissemination and the path research on universities serve the new rural construction of literature review; the second part definition and summary of basic theory are introduced; in the third part of the Huazhong Agricultural University "111" plan as an example, analysis of cultural propagation environment and the case of the university to serve the new countryside construction the fourth part; through case study, summed up the dissemination of college to serve the new countryside culture; the fifth part analysis the caseof Huazhong Agricultural University "111" program, summed up the cultural dissemination high school serves the new rural construction of the realization of the path, the sixth part of our existing cultural universities serve the new rural construction of discussion, and summarizes the present research.
