The Research On Quality Problem Of Utilizing Digital Teaching Resources In Primary School

Digital teaching resources are not only the basis of information technology education, but also an important part of promoting the development of information technology in education. Firstly, we define the use of digital teaching resources from three levels, including the conditions, the process and the results,and then we establish the index system to evaluate the use of digital teaching resources,through interviews and questionnaires,we make a preliminary judgment of utilization quality from multiple perspectives. we found teachers, schools, government influence are the main causes of low utilization quality, specifically performanced in inadequate conditions, dissatisfied process and subtle effects. And then we use Multiple linear regression to make an analysis of its deep-seated reasons, from the perspective of teachers, the concept is the major problem, including low capability in using information technology; for schools, incomplete soft and hardware environment, inadequate training is the key incentive; for the purposes of government, lack of proper incentives and insufficient capital investment are also important factors. Finally, on this basis, we propose strategies to improve the quality of digital resource utilization in elementary school, including changing teachers’ concepts, raising teachers’ awareness of using digital teaching resources; improving the hardware and software environment to provide basic support for the effective use of digital teaching resources; strengthening application training of resource, improving teachers’ ability and motivation to use digital teaching resources; making policies and creating an atmosphere to encourage teachers to use, increasing capital investment and management, and comprehensively improve the quality of digital teaching resources in primary school.
