Not only developments of teachers but also reforms of educationall depend on teachers themselves. From the perspective ofprofessional development, they need roughly experience the followingstage: student teacher-novice teacher-expert teacher. As for normaluniversity students, they are in the foundation of professionaldevelopment. Intership experience is important for their futureprofessional growth, while it is often neglected by some people. So,scholars at home and abroad are focused on the whole course of theirprofessional growth. Compared with novice teachers and expertteachers, student teachers have reinforced plasticity. Digging deep todiscover internal and external factors, and exploring and masteringrules in it are all of great importance for student teachers.For the research of teachers’ professional development, weremained a theoretical target, there are not practical researchbefore. What is the narrative research? This article is motivatedby the teaching and educational stories, which provide the root. Itguarantees teachers to describe their own stories, and besides, theycan also participate in researches. They are both narrators andresearchers, because of their participation, some deep-seated problems in the study of education will be solved. In this article, weinvited a student teacher to be the interviewee, mainly in the methodof narrative research and combining with plenty of interviews,observations and material object collections. Selecting several keyevents including her life and educational teaching stories.Throughthese stories, the research has summarized and analyzed internal andexternal factors, and explored the effective ways to promote theprofessional growth of student teachers.This research mainly consists of three parts. The first part is theintroduction, including the raise of problem, the literature review,definition of concepts and the related design. The second part mainlytells some stories involving her life and teaching stories. The storiesof her life are key life experiences, which play key roles for herprofessional growth; In the second small part, we select someteaching stories. For student teachers, classroom teachings are notonly effective ways, but also the process to absorb experiences.Besides, Good classroom teachings must mobilize enthusiasm,initiation and creativity of students, which can measure their growth.From these stories, we can see the promotion and sublimation of herknowledge, skills, cordiality and self. The third part is some thinking,we explored importances of “humanistic care”,“leading of experts”,“preparing oneself” and “reflection and practice of oneself”.
