Since the late1980s, with the rapid development and ever-accelerating pace of the reform and the economy, China appears a phenomenon that large-scale surplus rural labor to urban migration, and a large number of young farmers leave the countryside, came to the city to pursue their dream of wealth. As the capital of Anhui Province, Hefei is a Labor input type city. As numerous rural labors move with the whole family, the amount of urban migrant children raising a lot. On one hand the migrant children are faced with huge rural-urban differences, on the other hand they are locked into double identity due to the household registration system. Nearly one third migrant children felt constrained and discriminated. Many kids got heavy inferiority complex, too much self-defense and closed consciousness. They always having few friends and being quiet to the point of introversion.Urban migrant children’s social inclusion which is a matter of social harmony and stability, and which is the big question the relationship between social sustainable development. Urban migration is a new generation of migrant children, the process of urbanization, though they are urban household registration sense, but they tend to follow their parents came from small cities to participate in and witness the changes of the city, but also their future city builders and participants of life, but also the future masters of the city, as well as their integration into the urban growth of their own health, for the development of the city plays an important role. Crescent Bay migrant children development project set up the migrant children activity center in the community they inhabit a region. With parent-child reading, interest group, team coaching, camp activities and kinds of event; enrich their childhood life, improve the feeling of social inclusion, and build the civic awareness, help to recognize of their roles and conditions. To reduce till to eliminate the obstacles of migrant children integrate into city life, and build harmony community relationships for migrant children.
