Study On Undergraduate Student Source Structures Of Subordinates Agriculture University

Structure of student source reflects the overall situation of college students, reasonable or not of the structure of student source not only related to the development quality of agriculture university, but also affects the opportunities of higher education as well as social equity and fairness.As a special industry university, where are our students and how long can beat our banner are major heart problems to the managers and researchers of agriculture university. Significantly reduced the number of students in the college entrance examination, serious loss of students, the number of universities and college admission rate of rapid growth, intensified competition of students, access to higher education aroused concern, student source crisis lurking of subordinates agriculture university urgently require subordinates agricultural university focus on their student source, examine their structure of student source, enhance the urgency and relevance of optimizing structure of student source. Research on college student source at home and abroad provides theoretical thinking and practice guidance to the study of college structure of student source, and provides a rich learning experience to optimizing structure of student source of our subordinates agriculture university.This study was to explore undergraduate college structure of student source connotation, principles, evolution and analysis dimension under reasonable educational equality, provides a theoretical basis to status of research and analysis. Through access to relevant statistical yearbook, literature and other first-hand data respectively from family possessions source, geographical source, school source, grade source and gender source five dimensions in-depth analysis of undergraduate structure of student source of Huazhong Agriculture University, reveals no change in the overall balance and some are movements in different states, analyzes the deep-seated reasons for the existence of structure of student source problems of Huazhong Agricultural University undergraduate students based on the government, schools, community, student four angles. Based on the actual situation of China and the agricultural university, proposes suggestions of optimizing undergraduate students structure of student source of subordinates agricultural university from multiple perspectives, in order to provide a theory and working reference to our subordinates agriculture university and even college nationwide of optimizing structure of student source, promote the sustainable and healthy development of university. Finally, it points out the main points of the study and the research results, ideas the further study.
