The student with learning difficulties is mathematics education workers of long-term concern. New course standard requires that each student must learn mathematics, need math. How to make the mathematics learning difficulties students meet the requirements of mathematics curriculum standard, how to realize itself in the development of math, the transformation of poor student to study mathematics.HPM is the mathematical study of the history education orientation, HPM research problems are HPM under the perspective of curriculum, teaching under the perspective of HPM, HPM under the perspective of learning, HPM and teachers’professional development, etc., covering all aspects of the mathematics education. Poor student mathematics transformation is one aspect of mathematics education, and should be studied under the perspective of HPM.This article adopts the method of combining literature research and case studies. To HPM mathematical transformation of poor student related literature at home and abroad carding analysis, puts forward some countermeasures for mathematical transformation of poor student under the perspective of HPM, including design based on the history of mathematics teaching, based on historical mathematical proposition of problem solving teaching, extracurricular activities, on the basis of the mathematical science classics teaching mode on the basis of the mathematical theatrical performance.In the process of combining with the author’s practice, the practice teaching examples are studied. The typical student interview, combined with several test scores to case is analyzed. A case study shows that based on the transformation of mathematics of the poor student of the history of mathematics is to improve the mathematics learning difficulty students’emotional attitude, then improve the math grades.Through case study, some problems worthy of reflection. HPM under the perspective of transformation of mathematics poor student must follow the principle of safe sex, the conversion to classification of mathematics poor student. Under the perspective of HPM, mathematics learning effect evaluation should not only look at test scores, basically see whether meet the requirements of the mathematics curriculum standard, whether to the potential students. Mathematics learning difficulty students widespread problem exists in the non-cognitive factors, in the eyes of the teacher, they are students problems, mathematics teachers how to see the influence of mathematics learning a lot. What about mathematics learning difficulty students mathematics teachers in the teaching process is also cannot be ignored.The hot spots in current mathematics education research field of HPM, poor student transformation, there are few studies in mathematics. The author based on the transformation of history of mathematics learning difficulties during their internship students made a try, also do not have universal applicability, needs to be more researchers to further discuss this problem...
