In the1980s, the lifelong sports in school sports caused widespread attention, but to little effect. School sports as the main land to develop lifelong sports, how to better the lifetime sports thought combined with teaching practice, through the school sports atmosphere build, improve the quality of life-long physical exercise, maximum limit expansion of lifelong physical training team, causes the student to the beauty of feeling the movement and feel the charm of fitness and form "are proud of the exercise, for beauty, fitness" virtuous circle, in a positive, healthy way of life, keep the optimistic spirit health study, work and life is the main purpose of writing.Thesis on the basis of the literature, based on the questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics as orientation, logical analysis as the axis, the first overview of lifetime sports connotation and lifelong education, school sports and the relationship between comprehensive and thorough interpretation of lifetime sports. Then from the lifelong education, social development, sports development, life consciousness and quality education aspects detailed discusses the causes of lifetime sports. Finally through to the body of the lifelong sports system selection, summed up the lifelong sports in school sports development of the key factors, namely: the concept, course, the main body factor, and aims at these three factors in the teaching practice leading strategy is put forward.Vigorously advocated in the school sports teaching and the development of lifelong sports, causes the student to obtain the sports and cultural knowledge, change the old concept sets up the lifelong sports concept, independent voluntary to participate in physical exercise. In terms of teaching goals, improve the occasion, more students the actual situation of the design unit, goal, teaching time targeted teaching, correctly handle the relationship between presupposition and generation, better realize the overall teaching goal. In terms of curriculum, in order to develop lifelong sports consciousness and ability as the core, based on principles of physical and mental health, happiness, strengthen comprehensive development and function of the course. Teachers improve their teaching methods, strengthen the effect of classroom teaching at the same time pay more attention to physical education teaching, the combination of inside and outside of the opening of a sports elective courses, for students to learn on campus they are interested in sports, develop good exercise habits, to lay a good foundation for the lifelong sports.
