Inquiry Teaching is a teaching modle which researched by some expert form new curriculum reform. It fits the new curriculum reform demand. It’s the buring question of teaching reform. But students always dictated by knowleadge. The first middle school of Changsha broke the thinking and used the "guilding-learning plan" to overcome the problom. Students study under teacher’s guilding, they master some knowleadge before inquirying. This method will optimize teaching process, will raise learning effects, will promote students master the knowleadge better, and will develop inquiry ability.The superiority of "guilding-question inquiry" teaching modle is "guilding-learning plan". The "guilding-learning plan" can guild students learning by themselves. The"guilding-learning plan" involves teaching content and method. Students can use different method in different content, students also can cooperrate with teacher better in classes, after students’self-learning, they will put questions, and solves the questions in classes, and they will master knoeleadge better in this way.This reseach participated the "guilding-question inquiry" teaching modle in the firsr middle school of changsha. It found the difference from tradditional teaching. Through the way of three teaching cases, which invole theory case,exercise case and concept case. And this paper will analyze the effection of building students’ability. After the modle last one year, I wrote a question paper, which embody students’chang in the learning interesting, custom, the ability of question solving, cooperation inquiry, and logic thinking. I also reseach the change of emotional attitudes with values in teaching process. I choosed five classes in the first middle school of grade two as the experimental group, and five classes of group two in Changjun middle school as the comparison group one, five classesof grade one in the first middle school as the comparison group two. The question paper passed the reliable test in SPSS. The analyze of investigat result use the single element variance in SPSS17.0. We can find the extraordinary difference between experiment group and comparison groups in this investigat result which involve six respects. The result effects that experiment group is better than comparison group in students’inquiry studying. The experiment group payed more interesting than comparison group. The experiment group can master the important and difficult knowleadge in self-learning. This teaching modle promote student having a better studying custom. When they solve inquiry problom, the experiment group have a better performance in cooperation and logic thinking.We can see in this reseach, this teaching model is worth popularizing. It has superiorility in inquiry-learning ability, and this ability will promote students’performance, it fits the education evvaluation system. But this model need optimization, for example, time is one of the most important thing to a teaching model. Meanwhile, this teaching model ask teachers more in classes controling ability.
