Sports and health courses are compulsory secondary vocational school students abasic course. The main task of the creation of this course is to:establish a " health first"guiding ideology, to impart basic knowledge of sports, motor skills and trainingmethods, through scientific guidance and arrangements during your workout, studentsof healthy personality, enhance physical quality, improve the overall professionalcompetence and lifelong physical activity engaged in awareness, ability and habits,improve the quality of life for the student body to promote overall health, mental healthand social adaptability services. With the continuous development of society, schoolsports education should also be corresponding. New’secondary vocational schoolphysical education and health education guidance outline " physical education at thisstage, not only to carry out physical education, psychological education, but also tocultivate students’social adaptability. Therefore, as colleges, to foster all-rounddevelopment of outstanding professionals, we must deepen the reform of PE teachingcolleges to accommodate all-round development of students. Among them, enrich andimprove the Physical Education Organization and colleges in the form of one of the mainmeans of Physical Education Reform. In this paper, companions in the form of teaching groups organize sportsorganization in the form of Teaching in Physical Education in colleges were studied.Mentorship is a form of group teaching students to voluntarily organize small groupstogether, there is no limit the number of members of the group have the same hobbies,mutual understanding and mutual concern can. In physical education, according to theFriends group to group teaching with teachers without any intervention to achieve thefundamental status of the student body, in teaching, group internal staff encourage eachother, through the guidance of teachers, staff remain competitive learning betweengroups trend. Fully tap the potential of every student while cultivating students’communication, collaboration, and progressive modern consciousness, so as to achievephysical health, mental health and good physical education goal of social adaptation. This paper uses literature, survey, mathematical statistics, logical analysis andexperimentation, Wuhan City Traffic School2012, tracks12301classes and tracks12302classes as experimental subjects, experimental content crouch jump, experimentaltime period of3months total13classes,26hours of teaching experiments. In physicaleducation classes using the experimental groups with peers teaching organization andcontrol classes teaching traditional forms of collective teaching tissue contrast, the experimental results showed that:After a semester of study in physical fitness, sports cognitive, emotional and social adaptability experience, the experimental class outperformed the control class; experimental class students compared to the control class students become more familiar with the sports knowledge; classroom performance, experimental class students to answer questions more positive, good question, and dare to show themselves, and actively participate in classroom competitions. In terms of social adaptation, the experimental class students than the control class student performance more confident, better at communicating with people; while the experimental class students than the control class students in the classroom to better experience the sense of sport to bring them pleasure.
