The time of the theory of learning organization introduces to our country is not too long, but the dialyses strength of this theory and the inherently need of all kinds of organizations. It is adopted as guidelines by many organizations. For example, "the learning enterprises, the learning government, the learning cities" and so on. It is not a slogan or an idea. It is practiced by all trades and professions. At this time, the construction of the teacher's group of learning organization is proposition.To rural school,it is the best way to improve the rural teacher's own quality and teaching level in order to shorten the disparity of urban school. According to the characteristic of the rural school, it is favorable to teacher's development to construct the teacher's group of learning organization. Take one junior high school in Wa fangdian as an example, after construction of the teacher's group of learning organization, teachers promote their own job accomplishment and life value. It offers basic assurance for improvement of the quality of education of the school.This article adopts the case methodology. It is the individual case to choose one junior high school in Wa fangdian.The junior high school in Wa fangdian regards the theory of learning organization as guidance from 2007.On the basis of analyzing "advantage, inferior position, goal and route", bottleneck to this low restriction development of teacher's quality of rural school. The rural school regards the teacher's group of learning organization as teacher's quality of promotion, and then improves educational teaching quality, and promotes the beach of development of school. The practice of three year shows that the reform of the school has made the positive effect.This research with the Peter's theory of learning organization is a theoretical foundation. The author uses the fifth discipline as the link degree of questionnaire works out the questionnaire. The content of the fifth discipline is "personal mastery, improving mental models, building shared vision, team learning, system thinking". The questionnaire will be put to 72 teachers of one junior high school of Wa fangdian, and investigate the current situation of the school. At last the author will put forward some constructive suggestion according to the current situation of the school.Find in the course of investigating:There are certain questions on personal mastery, improving mental of most teachers, the ones that mainly display in enthusiasm and ability are deficient; Man and woman teachers have certain differences on modal building, there are not certain differences on other four practices; The teachers of differences education have certain differences on personal mastery, system thinking, there are not certain differences on other three practices; The teachers of differences length of teaching have certain differences on personal mastery, improving, shared vision, here are not certain differences on other two practices.
