Research In Chinese College Students’ Entrepreneurial Team Construction

Along with the expansion of our country’s university enrollment and the impact of the financialcrisis, the employment of college students has become increasingly prominent. In these populationsfaced with employment problem, college students take the prominent positions. Large numbers ofgraduates was wandering in the door outside employment, which not only affects the development ofcollege students’ occupation; what is more, it will affect social stability and effective economic growth.Therefore, the practice of college students’ entrepreneurship has become an important way to solve theproblem of employment, and has injected some unexpected vigor and vitality into the development ofour society. In this paper, starting from here, the author analyses the current employment problems ofour college students as well as the causes of these problems. At the same time, the author compares thesuccess and shortage of the college students’ entrepreneurial team at home and abroad, and on thisbasis, advances the author’s suggestions for entrepreneurial policies, entrepreneurial laws andregulations, social environment for entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education.While solving the problems of the college students’ employment, college students’entrepreneurial team construction becomes especially important. However, at this stage, due to thecurrent social environment, curriculum in colleges and the students’ own deficiencies, our Chinesecollege students’ entrepreneurship teams still need improvement and should combine theories andpractice. Based on this, this paper studies construction of college students’ entrepreneurship team, withthe purpose of providing corresponding theories for reference and analysing the problems in practice,hoping to help the construction of our Chinese college students’ entrepreneurship teams and theirentrepreneurship step forward. Ideas for writing this research paper: by analysing the theoriescombined with actual cases, put forward questions and make some relevant analysis, in order to draw aconclusion and some suggestions. It is discussed from five aspects, with various research methods ofcase study, document study and comparative analysis. The first part introduces the researchbackground of the paper and the purpose, the meanings, the ideas and the methods of the research,with some literature review. The second part illustrates and studies the theory summary of our Chinesecollege students’ entrepreneurial team construction. The third part analyses the problems existing inthe college students’ entrepreneurial team construction and the reasons of these problems, from theaspects of government support and social environment. The fourth part analyses and learns from thesuccessful experience from abroad, in order to provide some useful revelation for the development ofour college students’ entrepreneurial team construction. The fifth part analyses the problems and reasons mentioned in the third part and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures.With the rapid development of China’s economy, employment problem is becoming more andmore severe. The situation of China’s entrepreneurship will develop with the college students’entrepreneurial team as its core and the author will keep on trying to offer some strength to theresearch of the construction of our Chinese college students’ entrepreneurial team.
