The nineteenth report pointed out: "we should focus on cultivating students' innovative spirit and practical ability,deepen the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities,and attach importance to the construction of mentor team." Since the "mass innovation and all kinds of entrepreneurship" has been put forward in 2015,the major institutions of higher learning begun to reform in the goal of training talents.Enhancing students' awareness of innovation,improving the entrepreneurial ability of students and encouraging students to entrepreneurship have become the focus of higher education reform.Students cannot do without entrepreneurial mentor teachers in the process of entrepreneurial mentoring,therefore,Colleges and universities began to pay attention to the construction of entrepreneurship mentor teachers.This article takes the construction of undergraduate entrepreneurial mentor team as a research object,and explores how to build a team of entrepreneurial mentors in order to meet the students' entrepreneurial needs under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship.It has important theoretical and practical significance.Needless to say,the service of the entrepreneurial mentor team is targeted at university students.Therefore,how to make the entrepreneurial mentor team better meet the entrepreneurial needs of undergraduates has become the most important issue to be considered in the construction of the current teacher team.This article takes the theoretical discussion,current situation investigation,case analysis and countermeasure research as basic ideas.In the part of theoretical discussion,the relationship between entrepreneurship,innovation and entrepreneurship education,innovation and entrepreneurship mentoring,innovation and entrepreneurial mentor team are clarified.The relevant concepts of the construction of entrepreneurship mentor teachers are discriminated,and the construction of subjective education theory,human capital theory,and management incentive theory are demonstrated.The theoretical basis necessary for the construction of a high-quality entrepreneurial mentor team,and on this basis,it discusses the importance of the establishment of the entrepreneurial mentor team for talent cultivation,project selection,and the market.In the current survey section,the current situation of the school's entrepreneurship education courses,entrepreneurship mentor centers,and entrepreneurship mentors as well as the actual needs of the establishment of entrepreneurial mentors are empirically analyzed through questionnaires.At the same time,the interview method is in use.The article interviews students,entrepreneurial guidance center managers and entrepreneurial instructors who are initiating entrepreneurial ideas,mid-stage entrepreneurship,and entrepreneurial success through interviews.In order to understand the predicament of the establishment of entrepreneurial mentors in colleges and universities,and analyze the current causes of the predicament of entrepreneurial mentors.In the case analysis section,the Ministry of Education issued a list of 50 innovative colleges and universities in China in 2017.Through an analysis of the commonalities and individuality of 50 colleges and universities in the practice of building entrepreneurial mentors,they summed up their appointments in the teaching faculty of entrepreneurship,training and assessment all provide ideas for the formation of entrepreneurial mentors in other universities in China.In the countermeasure research section,the article based on questionnaire surveys,conclusions from interviews,and inductive analysis of typical university experiences,to put up the overall plan for the construction of entrepreneurial mentors team,the systematicness of the entrepreneurial mentor faculty,and the resource utilization of the entrepreneurial mentor faculty to strengthened the establishment of a teaching team for entrepreneurship and mentoring to promote the outstanding role of entrepreneurial mentors in student entrepreneurship.The innovative point of this research is: First,The specific needs of undergraduates for entrepreneurship instructors in the entrepreneurial process are innovative perspectives,through questionnaire surveys,it interviews with entrepreneurial teachers of different levels and entrepreneurial mentors to understand the current entrepreneurial mentoring.Understanding the establishment of the status in the school and the actual needs of the students for the entrepreneurial mentoring of teachers,in order to provide optimization advice for undergraduate entrepreneurship mentor team.Second,through the induction and analysis of the common characteristics and personality of typical entrepreneurial colleges and universities,this paper provides an optimization basis for the establishment of entrepreneurial mentors in universities and colleges in China.
