Higher education in the21st century has become the important strategy of national development. As an important part of higher education, teacher team construction in colleges and universities is extremely importance. Academic Relationship Structure(ARC)of university teachers lays an extremely important role. If you want to build a first-class higher education, ARC of university teachers first have the optimization of flange structure.This article is divided into five parts. The first part elaborated the selected topic reason, the selected topic significance, literature review, research ideas and research methods. The second part through said, context analysis methods such as Chinese characters, to explore the basic connotation of university teachers learn edge structure. The third part discusses the college teachers ARC elements. At the same time put forward the optimization of the basic principles. The fourth part, after the theory study, according to the basic framework of college teachers ARC for empirical research., Select16different levels university study, summarize the status quo, reason analysis.
