Now, as the new situation and information technology in full swing, mental health education and information technology education are important educations to improve all students’quality. Put mental health education into teaching practice of all subjects is a natural result by education development.In this article, information technology and science are entrance to describe application of mental health education in the information technology course slowly, combine with the international tide of development and status of information technology, systematically analyses the teaching importance of information technology course as well the conclusion is that promoting education development by information technology to meet social information tide requirement is an inevitable result. The teaching activities which lead students actively into information technology meet the requirement of them survive in the future. The teaching activities which lead students actively into information technology meet the requirement of students got the " information culture ", it also meet the requirement of students integrated development. There are some problems exist in actual information technology course. The configuration of IT teaching hardware can’t meet current information technology courses’demand, also, there are some factors by the information technology course also can’t meet the teaching goals’ requirement such as no more attention in the teaching structure, insufficient teachers and teaching mode.Positive psychology has many advantages such as:contribute to integrate goal efficiently of mental health education; make for expand mental health content; contribute to find new teaching way and method about mental health; conduce to make mental health education deeply. Systematically analyzing that using positive psychological elements into teaching activities can make successful to students’mental health, point out the differences between positive psychological teacher and traditional psychological teacher. Analyzing positive psychology contribute to students integrated development, also, it contribute to mental practice and self-education by students.Finally, discussing about combine with the positive mental health education and information technology education, analyzing the importance and feasibility about positive mental health education and information technology education integration; discussing teaching strategy deeply about put mental health education into information technology course; Some suggestion as following:teacher make the best of positive mental elements to stimulate students’mental discipline to information technology a keen interest in knowledge; should take a more positive psychological potential to build up a high-quality classroom teaching environment; and build up more open platform of information technology teaching by positive psychology.
