Currently, forming the model of positive psychological health education, which is guided by the concept of positive psychology and applied in the domain of practical education, has been a new thought and leading trend in the field of psychological health education, where the setting of courses of positive psychological mental health education at school has played a significant role in improving the psychological health of students at different ages, promoting the sense of happiness and advocating the education for all-round development.Under the guidance of the concept of positive psychology in the school mental health education, it is better for schools to carry out mental health education and has important and far reaching significance. Positive mental health education in China has a late start, and its theoretical researches and practical explorations develop in the primary stage, which needs to be based on the international field of vision.
