The process of ideological and political classroom teaching, is not only a cognitive process, but also a process of emotional communication between teachers and students. However, in reality, the emotional communication between teachers and students in the ideological and political classroom teaching is not got enough attention. This paper focused a questionnaire investigation of the situation and causes of emotional communication between teachers and students in ideological and political class teaching to some senior school students in wuhan. And at the same time, I interviewed several political teachers about it. Through the investigation, I found some problems existing in the emotional communication between teachers and students in the ideological and political classroom teaching, analyzed the reasons of the problems, and based on this, I put forward some countermeasures to optimize it.The first part of this paper is mainly on the theory of the emotional communication between teachers and students in ideological and political classroom teaching of senior high school, including the meanings and characteristics of the emotional communication. The second part on the basis of investigation, analyzes problems existing in the emotional communication between teachers and students in the ideological and political classroom teaching, including some teachers do not attach importance to the emotional communication, communication object is not comprehensive, ways of emotional communication is using improper, the process of emotional communication Ignore the foothold. According to the political teachers play the leading role in the emotional communication, the third part analyzes the causes of the problems of emotional communication between teachers and students targeted from the perspective of teachers. The fourth part is the core of this paper, which puts forward some countermeasures for optimizing the emotional communication between teachers and students in ideological and political classroom teaching of senior high school, including changing concepts in order to improve the consciousness of emotional communication; strengthening preparation of teachers before class; grasping the method of the emotional communication; coordinating the relationship between the emotional exchange with the task of teaching; paying attention to the art of emotional communication.
