Social mentality and social development is the "barometer", reflects the socialreality of the situation is good or bad. The current our country in the period of socialtransformation, some individual or group has different content in different degrees ofnegative social mood, have a negative impact on the national and social and personaldevelopment. Undergraduate college students as a special and more important socialgroups, the social mentality reflects the reality of social development, also willaffect the development of the country and society. In this study, students will bepositive social mentality training in the theory and practice study, starting from thepoint of Ideological and political education science, sociology, psychology,philosophy, combined with the related discipline theory to explain and construct thepositive social mentality, method and literature research and empirical research,quantitative and qualitative research, analyze present situation investigation and thereasons for college students’ positive social mentality.This article from the four part of basic concept, the college students’ positivesocial mentality of connotation, characteristics, basic contents, status, influencefactors, cultivation measures, content of research and analysis:The first chapter, introduction: introduce undergraduate students positive socialmentality culture background, related research review at home and abroad,theoretical demonstration foster positive social mentality in the undergraduate collegestudents and practical value, and advocated the strengthening theory and Research onpositive social mentality to foster positive social mentality in practice.The second chapter,introduction part:firstly define the concept,clear positivesocial mentality and social mentality of undergraduate students of positive meaning,analysis of important characteristics of undergraduate college students positive socialmentality, and further tries to put forward the basic content, provide theoreticalsupport for the actual investigation and study.The third chapter, the actual survey: in the form of questionnaire, the contentof undergraduate college students positive social mentality carries on theinvestigation, analysis of the impact of the positive social mentality of the formationand development of the macro, meso and micro factors on the basis of survey data, to provide an objective basis for the cultivation of the student group positive socialmentality.The fourth chapter, cultivate some principles and measures: from theperspective of the ideological and political education, advocates the cultivation ofundergraduate college students positive social mentality in Colleges and universitiesshould adhere to three principles to the Marx doctrine as guidance, focus on theeducation of Ideological and political education is the aim, formed in people’s moraland law of development based on, and targeted from the social politics, economy,mass media, campus environment, family environment and peer group, andindividual initiative put forward seven measures of cultivation.Undergraduate students positive social mentality cultivation is to consolidate andstrengthen the positive social mentality in the society development foundation, topromote the development of social psychology to positive and healthy track,gradually eliminate the negative social mentality, so as to provide social strongspiritual motive both for socialist construction, the creation of subjective andobjective conditions for the all-round development of people.
