The class is the most important carrier of the school education.The efficiency of the classes affects the function of education deeply. As a new Chinese teacher, having a good class is quiet important to his or her career.And, the development of a new teacher’s quality make the final decision to his or her ability to have a good class.After analysis the different ways of improving the quality of a new Chinese teacher, this paper propose a new way:the comprehensive class observation.Those normal ways of improving the quality of a new Chinese teacher like Master-Apprentice system, public classes, teaching and research activities and so on, are close related to the comments for the classes. However, in the normal ways, it always ignore the influence of the class elements.What’s worse, it can not solve the problem of teaching efficiently.This paper show us the comprehensive class observation is the best way to improve the quality of a new Chinese teacher. It makes a big transition for the class comments to be more professional.First, the comprehensive class observation has some key conceptions. They are "clear objectives","focus on class facts","analysis the class facts". Next, the comprehensive class observation covered the whole process of a class, varies levels and angles. What’s more, it reflects the relations between the basic process of class observation in a specific way.It can solve the class teaching problems efficiency and leads the new teacher to built a good teaching and research habits.This paper also show us the advantages of the comprehensive class observation. It includes "focus on the details of class","promote the teaching and research more regular","develop the inner power","analysis the information deeply" and so on.This paper also analysis the relationship between the comprehensive class observation and the improvement of new tea teacher’s quality. According to the basic requirements of LICC model, this paper will compare the comprehensive class observation with the normal ways of class comments in the different angles of observing.In this way, the value of the comprehensive class observation will be proved.
