With the deepening of the reform of basic education, create a high quality teachers’ team is the appeal of education development, but the teacher in the practice of weak is hindering the process of teacher’s professional development. PE teachers and teachers’ professional practice ability has not been fully developed in the training, the majority of Physical Education Normal Students need longer time to get used to it after induction, fit for primary and secondary school sports work. The study of PE teachers and teachers’ professional practice ability training, in order to demonstrate the necessity of PE teachers and teachers’ professional practice ability, the survey found that there were problems and analyze the reason, tries to put forward to PE teachers’ professional advice of developing practice ability of students, and through a study to PE teachers’ professional practice ability, provide the basis for building sports practice course, eventually to promote the sports teachers’ professional development can help.Research in the process of using the literature data method, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics method and other methods. By collecting relevant literature, literature, on the basis of analysis and research present situation and the insufficiency, find a foothold of this study; Through the questionnaire investigation into PE teachers and teachers’ professional practice ability, the following conclusions:Physical Education Normal Students awareness of PE teachers’ professional practical ability is right, the vast majority of sports students realize the PE teachers’ professional practical ability is based on the essential diathesis for future jobs, but not satisfied with their own sports teachers’ professional practice ability.The current teacher education curriculum is difficult to effectively promote the formation of PE teachers and teachers’ professional practice ability, curriculum content and not strongly linked to primary and secondary school sports practice, practice class learn less.The teachers’ professional practice ability training for sports teachers and lack of powerful guidance, main performance in school is not equipped with dedicated teachers, teacher training mode of the single and lack of communication and sports teachers, etc.Independent PE teachers and teachers’ professional practice ability training is positive but less time. Its own single training content, there is some blindness, and education practice environment influence is big, lacks to the primary and secondary school education training opportunities.Education practice to the cultivation of sports teachers and teachers’ professional practice ability has a larger effect, but the quality of sports teachers and education practice is still not optimistic. In physical education students not clear purpose and task of education practice and practice school guidance for sports teachers is not all reassuring. In addition, the current of sports teachers’ professional practice ability of students lack of reasonable evaluation.Final conclusion put forward changing the concept of culture, build sports practical course system, to set up the sports practice teaching goal system and training for the sports students independent Suggestions for the improvement of security system in four aspects.
