As the main force of the PE teachers in the future,P.E.normal students have a long way to go.Teachers' professional cognition is normal students' recognition and evaluation of teachers' profession under the comprehensive influence of family,school and society,combined with their own learning cognition and practical experience.The post practice carried out by Hebei Normal University is the process of integrating physiological theory with practice,and it is also a process of cultivating the teachers' professional cognition of physical education normal students.Although the teachers' professional cognition level of physical education normal students has obviously improved in this process,some measures still need to be improved.From the point of view of teachers' professional cognition,the specific training scheme in this present study is designed to solve the problem of cultivating teachers' professional cognition during the period of post practice in colleges and universities,and to provide reference for relevant departments.In order to achieve the research purpose,the author used the literature survey method to collect the relevant literature,summarized and sorted out the important information in the literature;Expert survey method was adopted to complete the construction of the teacher's vocational cognitive index system,calculate the weight value of each index,and design the questionnaire of the teacher's professional cognition according to the index at all levels;Questionnaire survey method and the interview method were used to understand the physical education teacher's professional cognition situation;Comparative analysis method was employed,combined with the information of the questionnaire,interview and the field investigation,to carry on the comparison analysis of the teacher's professional cognition before and after the post practice of the sports teacher,and finally the concrete training scheme was designed.The following conclusions were drawn from the study:(1)The structure of P.E.teachers' professional cognition includes 3 first-level indicators,11 second-level indicators and 33 third-level indicators.(2)After the index construction,the weight of the index was analyzed,and each index was interpreted.(3)An outline of the interview with P.E.normal students was designed according to the index of all levels constructed,and the questionnaire of P.E.normal students was sorted out and analyzed.(4)According to the practical problems,this paper puts forward the improvement strategies for the training of teachers' professional cognition.This strategy system explains how to improve the professional cognitive level of PE teachers,including the improvement strategies before and during the post practice.
