Teachers’professional skill takes an important role in making the professional quality of normal students. The level of these skills has a direct impact on the teaching performance of normal students in their future career. And they are good or bad for the quality of education that can’t be underestimated. However, despite education authorities, normal colleges and normal students attach great importance to the teachers’ professional skill training of normal students for many years, we can’t deny that the work of teachers’professional skill training still has many problems, some even more serious. So it requires our further thinking. Considering the scientific concept of practice as a point of view, this paper intended to analyze the existent problems and the causes of these problems on current teachers’professional skill training of normal students, and propose reform strategies for training. These will have greater theoretical significance for richening and deepening the study of the teachers’professional skill training. At the same time, they also have a great practical significance to promote the teachers’professional skill training and improve the professional quality of normal students.The analysis showed that there were two primary problems with the current teachers’professional skill training of normal students. The one was that the theoretical study of education was out of touch with the educational operation training, the other was that the educational operation lacking of the support of educational theory. Also I found that the deviant value orientation, dualistic way of thinking, rough course set and too simple teaching evaluation are the fundament reasons for these problems. In order to solve the foundational problem of current teachers’professional skill training of normal students, and improve the professional quality of normal students, this study considers that only the training out of plight of the current teachers’professional skill of normal students can pull us. Firstly, considering on the educational philosophy, we should establish the concept of combining the educational theories of studying with the cultivation of educational action capacity. Secondly, on the training objective, we can integrate the level of the theory of education with educational action capacity. Thirdly, considering the structure of courses, it shall achieve the coordination of educational theory courses and educational and skills training courses. Fourthly, on the teaching methods, it makes us to realize the mutual penetration of educational theory studying and the training of the educational action capacity.
