As the private Education Promotion law was promulgated, Non-governmentaleducation develops quickly. It has reached a very important stage. Human resourcesare the most important elements among the resources distribution. Of course, teachersare the most important factors too. However, teachers group is in complex situation,which is harmful to non-governmental middle schools development and progress. Soit is necessary to research to do a research to non-governmental schools’ managementsituation and strategies. The paper is based on Linquan’ non-governmental middleschools. The writer tries to analyze the problems of teachers management and doesher best to find out better strategies to promote non-governmental schoolsdevelopment in Linquan.The writer thinks that on teachers management, we shoulddo these things as follows: first, we should obey the law of development of education;second, and relative functional departments should play their roles in respectingteachers and loving the teachers and building new teachers system of management,and protecting the teachers’ interest to motivate their passions of work and creativespirits; Third, they should adopt scientific reasonable and human-oriented strategiesof teacher management. For these, the writer also introduces American and Japan’successful experience to make our teachers strategies reasonable and scientifical.
